• I’m Otto Solis, a former international PGA Professional player. My years of travel and competition gave me a global network and a deep understanding of luxury golf communities. That experience allows me to bring an international perspective to lifestyle-driven real estate and build meaningful connections across cultures.

• I’m Sylvana Salgado, and I blend my background in marketing, design, and interiors with a natural gift for enhancing spaces. With a keen eye for value-add opportunities, I offer complimentary design consulting to help our clients identify updates or improvements that can elevate a property’s appeal and long-term ROI.
